I came to see Dr. Scott in pain, frustrated with my current dentist and embarrassed. Having had some negative experiences in the past and a fear of mouth pain, I was at my wits end. While my situation was pretty significant, Dr. Scott and the entire team at NEDA made me feel comfortable, not judged and honest about what next steps and long term results would look like. They went above and beyond with working alongside other providers and even personally called to make sure there were no hiccups. While I can’t say that my dental fears are to rest, I can say that I am extremely thankful for this practice and the compassionate staff they have. Knowing that they care – not just about profitability but the patient themselves has restored my faith in the profession.
