Scheduling

Our office manager attempts to schedule your appointment promptly. If you have an emergency situation, every effort will be made to see you that day.

Early morning and late evening appointments are available for your convenience and a full staff of hygienists is employed to accommodate your cleaning needs.

We make every attempt to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting, however, due to the nature of our work certain circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept most credit cards and insurance plans. We deliver great care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. In addition, we can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan.  CareCredit is available to you at 0% interest financing.

Insurance

Our staff will work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Our office manager is knowledgeable and committed. Please bring your insurance information with you to your initial visit and keep us up-to-date if your coverage changes.
